Crowding occurs when you don’t have enough space for all your teeth to align within the jaws. The teeth may be rotated or overlap.
A crossbite is when teeth in your upper arch are behind teeth in your lower arch..
A deep bite is when your upper front teeth excessively overlap the bottom front teeth when the back teeth are closed.
An anterior open bite is when your back teeth are closed and touching, but your front teeth do not touch.
Excess overjet is present when your upper front teeth are so far ahead of the lower front teeth that they don't touch the lower teeth and in some cases protrude outwards.
Spacing occurs when you have extra space in the jaw resulting in gaps between the teeth.
